Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and take Consumer Protection very seriously.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Gunn Miniatures we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
